WARRANT OF ARREST FOR PRESIDENT JOSEPH ROBINETTE BIDEN, VICE PRESIDENT KAMALA DEVI HARRIS AND HIS EXECUTIVE ADMINISTRATION FOR ACTS OF TREASON

Upon this date: March 27, 2024,

By the power of the Declaration of Independence of the United States of America, the proofs below prove the violations of the rights of the people and the consent of the governed.

President Joseph Robinette Biden Jr. and His Administration have been in continual violations, and weaponizing the Government against the people and against the Constitution of the United States of America.

This is the right of the people to remove presiding President Joseph Robinette Biden Jr., Vice President Kamala Devi Harris,  and his whole executive administration. The conditions are an absolute surrender of office and administration positions, to be placed into the House Majority, to appoint acting Speaker of the House as President of the United States of America, or appoint a new President, so to appoint nominees to administrative positions and to be voted by a majority of the Senate, according to the Constitution of the United States of America.

President Joseph Robinette Biden Jr. and his executive Administration are to be placed under house arrest, subject to prosecution by the United States of America, by special counsel of Department of Justice, under new Attorney General appointed by New President of the United States of America and and voted by majority of Senate, according to Senate Constitutional law.

WHEN in the Course of Human Events, it becomes necessary for one People to dissolve the Political Bands which have connected them with another, and to assume among the Powers of the Earth, the separate and equal Station to which the Laws of Nature and of Nature’s God entitle them, a decent Respect to the Opinions of Mankind requires that they should declare the causes which impel them to the Separation.

Violations of Treason

Safety and Happiness,

Deliberately removing the right of Life, Liberty and Pursuit of Happiness.

1. has been violated by the refusal to enforce United States Constitutional and Federal Law to secure the Border. and prosecuting Texas for enforcing it.
2. Border failure because of the Biden Administration has caused the loss of safety and happiness as the American people have to live in fear of being murdered, raped, and crimes perpetrated upon their persons and property.
3. Border failure because of the Biden Administration has caused the harms of inflation and increase of national debt, which burdens the people with increased debt, risk of forfeiture and sieging of property for failed payments: Loans, auto, homes, personal, and business.
4. Border failure because of the Biden Administration has caused the extreme pressure upon Courts, law enforcement, lawyers, judges, because of the crimes perpetrated upon the American judicial and executive branches.

Border failure because of the Biden Administration has caused the extreme pressure upon the educational system as Illegals children are put into the educational system, which do not know our language, and pulls educators from the students to the illegals, or more increased cost upon each school system. then the illegals who fraudulently lower their age so they can prey on or perpetrate evil acts on young victims, either girls, boys or administration of adults. Our children are at risk because of the human trafficking , drugs and crimes, perpetrated by illegals entering into the United States.
6. Funding United Nations and Non Governmental Organizations to undermine the border, Border Patrol, busing, railing illegals and giving them means of finances, maps, and places to penetrate to avoid, or surrender to, threatens the security of this nation, just seen (March 21, 2024)at border as illegals rushed through the border, over running Texas Border Patrol, (militia and TPS) injuring, this arrogance of illegals forcing their way within the nation is the deliberate dysfunction of the Federal Government, administered by United States Secretary of State of Homeland Security, Alejandro Mayokas, under the Vice President of United States of America, Kamala Devi Harris, and final authority over the United States of America security: President Joseph Robinette Biden.
7. The restricting, raising fees and closing of oil and gas production in this nation has put us in a predicament of subjection to opposing forces against the United States of America.
8. The depleting of national oil reserves is treasonous has it has placed the nation at risk of not securing its defense and/or the offense against nations which may attack us in an act of violence, or war

The removing and lifting of Sanctions on The Russian Federation has lead to the war on Ukraine as Russia was able to produce, and increase oil production to raise their revenues, so to start a war, Plus President Bidens executive orders on January 20, 2021 of restricting our own resources of oil and gas has caused the support of Russia as we are need of Russian oil through the means of The Nation of India,  for our needs of use within the United States of America. This brings revenue to the Russian Federation as we support the opposing the Nation Ukraine in a war. So We are directly and indirectly supporting both sides of a war.
10. The removing and lifting of Sanctions on The Nation of Iran has lead to the proxy war on Israel as Iran has been able to produce, and increase their revenues, so to start a proxy war using entities of Terrorism of who are, Hamas, Hezbollah, and the Houthi, which have committed violent, atrocious attacks upon Israel, or have attacked our forces. President Biden had removed Sanctions or restrictions on China purchasing Oil from Iran, who is another enemy of our nation supporting the Nation Iran to increase revenue for supporting terrorism within the Middle East. President Bidens executive orders on January 20, 2021 of restricting our own resources has caused to support to the Nation Iran, since we are no longer supplying nations which previously purchased from the U.S. forced or need to purchase from Iran, in further revenues to the Nation of Iran.
11. The allowing and not destroying a Chinese Spy balloon taking data, pictures, positioning of military base, even securing positioning for satellites for pin point positioning of military weapons and bases, puts our nation at risk and threat

18 U.S.C. 2387 Activities Affecting Armed Forces make it a crime to interfere with, impair, or influence the loyalty, morale, or discipline of the United States military. It also includes advising, urging, or attempting to cause insubordination, disloyalty, mutiny, refusal of duty, or distributing materials encouraging disloyalty among military members.

Terror Deliberate

1. The closing, dismantling of coal and dam power plants, threatening capability supplies to the people
