KEUKA LAKE, JOE CRANE CONTRACTOR, MAY 2012: Support ceiling, remove wall add beam, install beam at kitchen, cut open floor, repair foundation where soil collasped and fireplace footer broke. make new footer for fireplace. Remove door and window, enlareg window opening for new 12' slider and shrink door opening for window. Install window and door.
PONTARELLA RESIDENCE, CLARK CONSTRUCTION, May 2012: Remove decking, surround and stairs and install new surround, decking, stairs and railing.
Skrypek Residence, Bristol Harbour, Canandaigua, N.Y. Spring 2012: Remodeling of Condominium, Removal of old kitchen and bedroom and hall for the condo was not practical for the kitchen was at the entry and was 3X as big as the bedroom and there was a hall between bathroom and bedroom making bedroom 6'x11'. Install 2x4's on ceiling to make smooth covering Spancrete panels. build walls for bedroom and install framing for pocket doors, bifolds and frame pocket door to bathroom. Installation of plumbing for new kitchen, electrical installed for new kitchen, lights installed in ceiling throughout unit, and electric panel moved. drywall ceiling and walls, painting bath and showertile and new bath fixtures by owner. Installed doors, trim, laminate flooring (flashed bad spots on floor for laminate), and kitchen cabinets, countertops supplied and installed by others.
Cordaro residence April 2012: Repair of deck and new railing system, remove rotted posts, install on new 6x6 post on concrete pads with post plates, replace damaged decking, level railing posts and replace railing system with new design, repair stairs and secure to post. Remove basement windows and install glass blocks

RUSSELL TOWNHOME REMODEL: built walls, insulate, install two used doors, trim, drywall and paint in 2011, then remodeled upstairs 2012 and added hall to garage to storage with window slits. Removed carpets and damaged tile floors, installed new ceramic tile in bath and laundry room, installed Pergo flooring through living room, kitchen, hall, new hall and stair landing, repaired where fireplace was changed from wood to gas, and designed and built oak mantle. Painted entry door, doors, windows, walls and trim and urethaned cabinets and railing and stained and urethaned new mantle and chair rail. Built hall way to storage with insulated floor and walls, firerated drywall, added lights and heat run. Removed door to garage made drywall opening, moved firedoor to storage, and installed new six panel door and six panel firedoor and cut in window slits from stairway to hall with oak caps. Installed drywall ceiling in storage area, trim beamed and post and installed drop ceiling.

Clark Residence, Orlando, Florida: remove storm door and install new enty door with window and screen making it look like it has never been changed.
Andrew Clark Construction, Fritz Residence Perinton, N.Y.: Remove cabinets, soffit, repairs to wall and ceiling, install new cabinets, remove wall and add new cabinets and make rolling island, no painting, flooring or countertops. installation of new faucet and garbage disposal, hooking up dishwasher and installing Microwave.
Cutri Construction, Stark residence: Remove windows and doors on deck and install new windows, doors, trim exterior and interior and siding. reframing and drywall was involved in the work.

CLARK SIDING, TRIM, SHED, FENCE AND DECK
CLARK CEILING REPAIRS, this ceiling needed a beam to carry ceiling because walls were removed to make home more open.

SPILLANE TRIM, RAILING AND FLOOR, an thrid floor was added to home. I installed doors and trim, laminate flooring and installed new railing, plus modified old raling into addition.
SPILLANE MANTEL AND DOOR: fireplace was added at addition and needed a mantle and marble hearth. front door was removed and new installed.
DECK STAIRS: removed old stairs falling apart and made and installed new stairs plus railing repairs
RUSSELL DECK: I installed the original deck years before with wrapped around stairs down to ground, a year ago I cut off one side of stairs and made a small deck, with doors on front of deck which allows for storage of lake products. this deck is made of treated and mahogany decking.
RUSSELL REMODEL: the work performed here on second floor was tongue and groove and molding in Master bedroom, interior doors with custom made trim, remove bedroom make Walk in Closet, move a closet into old bedroom, making bedroom larger, install a small bathroom with shower, commode and custom vanity (old furniture cabinet, cut down and install sink,) plumbing, electrical light, suntunnel, laminate flooring, and painting.
first floor work was jack up ceiling, install beams and post to carry second floor, level ceiling, drywall, door, trim and crown molding, level first floor for hardwood flooring.

LEHMAN: walls had to be cut into to insert a recessed trim panel for a fossil with bracket and another wall to have blocking installed for brackets for another fossil all while protecting the Koi fish from the dust
ERWIN BRICK STEPS AND WINDOW: existing step were falling apart and needed to be taken apart and put back together remove and install new windows with new trim and stain.
DIBUO: frost was dismantling this block wall, dismantled the block wall, reinstalled the wall with rebar vertically and horizontally and filled cores solid, with install of oly to wick the water down the block wall.
