Send Me a Pro Hagan: repiared skirting, used old with some holes and replaced damaged and cracked, to save money. this skirting as 2x's to secure the skirting to ground owith pins, so winds, cannot rip the skirting off anymore. Used old, also because of weed wackers, and stones from mower.

readjust storm door for seals, new handle and install closer

Send Me a Pro, Oberg: fix brick mold to allow for storm door and install storm door and repair de-laminated floor board

SEND ME A PRO Wilson: Install fan light, 3 pendant lights over Kitchen island, install 80+ Knobs and Pulls on Kitchen Cabinets, laundry-room, MB vanities, and 3 other bath vanity cabinets.

SEND ME A PRO, Sercy: Install new exterior lever handle, because old had seized the bolt and the door closed, removed, the handle, pullback the bolt, and opened door and replaced leer handle, to similar.

SEND ME A PRO, Hill: cut out rotted post, install Pressure Treated materials, installed PVC post trim at concrete to protect post from deterioration

SEND ME A PRO, Hernandez: install changed gate latch and repair deadbolt, which wouldn't work

BERGER Fireplace tile: Tile was about to fall off wall for improper install, supported old tile, removed each tile so wouldn't break, none were broken, install hardibacker board, and re-installed tile and no paint repairs needed

BROCK New mailBox: Car ran over old, cut off old, install new post and mailbox and secured in ground from wind, and twisting with concrete

SLOCUM Repaired Post rot: supported roof, cut off deteriorated cedar post, installed treated materials, stained new cedar trim so staining would match old to wrap post, and then restained post.

HERSHBERGER New Cabinet: removed old cabinet above refrigerator, installed larger new cabinet, installed old crown and new scribe molding, painted, trim, also installed, new bathroom faucets, and drilled and mortised door to install new deadbolt.

PURIFOY Installed Med Cabinet: cut walls and studs to install new medicine cabinets in bathrooms.

BENSON: removed and installed new storm door

TSEGAY: installed rods and curtains, TV wall mount and hung pictures

HILL: installed new mailbox post

FLUTE: replaced weatherstrippings, sweep, moved strike plate to tighten door closing, repaired uneven threshold, and caulked
