My Husband and I had been in search for someone in Greenville TX area to do some work for us. we had quite a variety of needs. We met John and talked with him about several items and were immediately comfortable, not only with the cost, but with John himself. John repaired the back door door which had water damage, painted it, and straighten our storm door ( the other installer had done a less perfect installation). Not long after that He stained our privacy fence, rebuilt portions of our Catio, solving a drainage problem in the process, and anchored our Pergola. The most important job to me was remodeling our Laundry room, much of it with his ideas. He provided more storage for me and by building a riser, made my dryer more convenient for me to use. We not only appreciated the fact that he was on time, worked hard and fast, and was so friendly to us both, we also were pleased with his honesty and fairness in pricing. we always prefer hiring Christians to work at our home. John is a committed Christian and we enjoyed talking with hime each day. I will hire him again.

We have had John Marcus employed to do two major renovations to
our home, We are so very pleased with his outstanding workmanship,
efficiency, and honesty, He is able to solve the most difficult and
unexpected problems.
A few years ago we had several companies come to our home to
offer suggestions for the correction of a sagging second floor
dilemma. We decided on John Marcus. What an outstanding job John
did for us. He not only did more for less money, but he thoroughly
investigated the structural problem from an architectural standpoint.
Recently we have had him completely redo our second floor, Once
again- what an outstanding job,.. and it's absolutely beautiful. John is
able to comprehend how and where we wanted things done. He
offers advice and suggestions that make the outcome even more
amazing. For example, we had a very small space in which we needed
to incorporate a bathroom with a sink, toilet and shower. John was
able to work his magic and the bathroom is completely comfortable
beautiful, and functional,
John is very familiar with state and national codes and regulations.

or improvements to your property.

John Marcus is an excellent craftsman. He has completed numerous and varied jobs for us ranging from finding the leak in our upstairs bathroom (plumbers couldn’t find) to drywall, regrouting, installing flooring, the list goes on and on. He is always fair, thorough and prompt and goes well beyond that. He does what he says he will do! I recommend him very highly!

When my wife and I moved to our new home in Canandaigua NY we found ourselves looking for a good craftsman to do several projects around our house. When we asked neighbors for suggestions on who to call the name John Marcus came up multiple times. They mentioned all the work he had done for them and that he could do anything you needed. Boy are we glad we took their advice. John designed, built and installed a bench seat and storage area in our mudroom that came out perfect. He then installed new outdoor faucets with shut-offs and when one of our front door sidelights needed to be replaced, John was the one we called. Everything John did was top quality, on time and when he was finished he cleaned up and it looked like no one was ever there.
